  Summer rates for Main House ~ (May- October)

                     1-12 guests

$900/night........$6000/week

  Poolhouse Studio: additional $180/night

   Winter rates- for Main house~ (November-April)

              800/night..........$4800/week  

     Poolhouse Studio: additional $160/night

Weekends & Weekend holidays  - 3 night minimum

       Thanksgiving/Christmas 5 night min.

                    Add 12% city tax

$1000 security deposit to secure dates-(includes 200.00 cleaning fee -add 50.00 cleaning fee for Poolhouse)

1000.00 security deposit to hold dates-

Total Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. 

Security Deposit Refund- is returned  in 14 days if home is left as it was recieved.

 Additional guests to a maximum of 15- additional charge of 50.00 per person per night- includes beds/linens/towels provided.

YEAR ROUND-Last minute reservations (2 weeks prior)- rate 15% discount!  We are a liscensed vacation rental

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations~   If reservation is canceled 60 days or less-a  75.00 fee for administration costs will be charged. If reservation is canceled  30 days or less from arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited as a re-rent fee which is refundable if those dates are rebooked. The 75.00 admin. fee will still be deducted.  If reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival date the total amount will be forfeited- unless it can be rebooked.
