Winter Season:

2 Night Minimum for Weekend Stays

3 Night Minimum for Weekend Holidays

4 Night Minimum for Thanksgiving/Christmas

Security Deposit: $800.00 to secure dates

Cleaning Fee: $200.00 ($50 Cleaning fee for Poolhouse)

Tax: 12% City Tax

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Security Deposit Refund is returned in 14 days if home is left as it was recieved. A maximum of 10 guests allowed. No Parties/Weddings/Events allowed per City of Napa Ordinance.

Cancellations: If reservation is canceled 60 days or less-a 75.00 fee for administration costs will be charged. If reservation is canceled 30 days or less from arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited as a re-rent fee which is refundable if those dates are rebooked. The 75.00 admin. fee will still be deducted. If reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival date the total amount will be forfeited- unless it can be rebooked.
