Policies:

4 Night Minimum in Winter months

Refundable Security Deposit: $1000.00

Cleaning Fee: $200.00

Security Deposit Refund is returned in 14 days if home is left as it was recieved. A maximum of 12 guests allowed- (additional charge- please inquire).

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations: If reservation is canceled 60 days or less-a 75.00 fee for administration costs will be charged. If reservation is canceled 30 days or less from arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited as a re-rent fee which is refundable if those dates are rebooked. The 75.00 admin. fee will still be deducted. If reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival date the total amount will be forfeited- unless it can be rebooked.
