Take one or two sentences to give an overview of the kind of activities that one can do at your destination. Make sure to include both summer and winter activities, but be brief – you’ll go into more detail in coming paragraphs.
Example: Wherever is a place of sunshine heaven, so it’s no surprise that most of the things to do here are outdoors. Swimming, boating, and hiking are all favorite pastimes, as are biking, berry-picking, and picnics. Biking to a park on the beach for a picnic is just about the most typical Wherever way to spend an afternoon, but however you spend your time in Wherever, it’s sure to be fabulous. |

For each activity, detail the opportunities to do this in the area. Also include contact info for local businesses that facilitate this activity (e.g. boat charter companies for boating). This is also a great way to increase traffic to your site; talk to business owners about “link-swapping," where you would include information on their business on your site in exchange for them giving a shout-out to your business (via a link or banner) on their own site. |
